How do I book my Tower of London, London Eye and Madame Tussauds ticket?
- Book your ticket here and choose a time for your lead attraction, Tower of London.
- Your time and date for the London Eye will be auto generated. You can change this date and time via the booking portal linked on the confirmation page, in your confirmation email, and on your tickets.
- You will then be able to book your Madame Tussauds London timeslot in the booking portal.
Can I change the date of my tickets?

Yes - you can reschedule your tickets for free by using the attraction's booking portal, located on your confirmation email and on your tickets. You must change the date within 90 days from your first attraction visit.
Please get in touch with our customer service team here to amend the date of your visit. Please note: You must do this before 23:59 the day before your visit to the Tower of London. Changes cannot be made after this time.
Do I need to pre-book my visits to the attractions?
Yes - pre-booking is essential to guarantee entry to all attractions.

Is there disabled parking on-site at Tower of London?Due to the historic nature of the building, there is no on-site car parking facility at the Tower of London. Blue Badge allocated parking spaces can be found nearby in the Tower Hill Coach and Car Park.
How do I book a free carers ticket?Tower of London
Those with a registered disability are entitled to a concession ticket to the Tower of London, as access is difficult in many areas.
Complimentary adult carer tickets can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of registered disability (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter).

London Eye and Madame Tussauds
Guests with accessible needs are entitled to a free carer ticket. On the day of your visit, you must produce any one of the below documentation.
- Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or Personal Independent payments for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book
- Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award
- Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded
- A Blue or Orange badge
- In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI).
- An International Equivalent of the Above
