Big City Saver tickets

Please note: The London Eye is closed for annual maintenance from 8th January – 4th February 2024. If you are purchasing a multi-attraction ticket, please choose a date and time outside of this window.

Become a true tourist and visit London’s top three attractions while you save! This ticket gives you access to the Tower of London, the London Eye and Madame Tussauds London.

How Does it Work

• Book your multi attraction ticket here and choose a date and time for your Tower of London visit.
• Your time and date for the London Eye will be auto generated. You can change this date and time via the booking portal linked on the confirmation page, in your confirmation email, and on your tickets.
• You will then be able to book your Madame Tussauds London timeslot in the booking portal.
• You must pre-book your timeslot to guarantee entry at your preferred times.

Duration

• Tower of London: We recommend allowing at least 3 hours to visit and fully explore the Tower of London. However, your ticket is valid for the full day.
• lastminute.com London Eye: We recommend allowing 1 to 1.5 hours to complete queues and the attraction.
• Madame Tussauds London: We recommend allowing 2 to 3 hours to complete the attraction.

Whilst you could visit all three attractions in one day, we recommend allowing enough time to travel within attractions and enjoy each of them fully. You can check attraction opening hours and availability here.

Reschedule Your Visit

Please get in touch with our customer service team at bigcitysaver@merlinentertainments.biz to re-schedule your Tower of London visit. You must do this before 11.59pm the day before your visit.

You can reschedule the London Eye and Madame Tussauds timeslots by simply logging into the Big City Saver booking portal.
